PancakeSwap Welcomes MASS to Syrup Pool!
CAKE holders, today we are excited to be able to offer you a new Syrup Pool from Mass, a basic infrastructure layer that is capable of providing consensus services across any number of public chains.

To give as many CAKE holders the opportunity to Farm some juicy pool rewards at a high APY, we will have a 100 CAKE token cap staking limit per user for the first 48 hours.
The Farm:
In order to host the WMASS Syrup Pool, we will provide a WMASS-BUSD farm with 1x CAKE rewards for the first 48 hours and then 0.5x CAKE rewards after that.

Usually, there would be a vote, but as you may have noticed, there are currently issues with the nodes we have been using to support voting. As such, we hope that you will trust us on this one, and rest assured we are working to get the new version of voting deployed ASAP.
What is MASS?
The MASS consensus engine aims to become the infrastructure layer to all blockchains. Based on Proof-of-Capacity consensus protocol, the MASS consensus engine creates a consensus layer that is permissionless, fair, energy efficient, secure, and universal, ensuring the fundamental security of all the chain above.
The MASS consensus originated from a paper done by MIT computer scientists, and the project is totally driven by community, with no pre-mining.
MASS’s mainnet was launched in 2019, and the network grows with about 300 PB hash rate within 2 years(For comparison, Filecoin has about 1000 PB hash rate in its network), and is supported by organizations such as HelloPool,Huobi, Fenbushi Capital, HashKey, NGC Capital, MPool etc.
In April 2021, the MASS community introduced WMASS to Binance Smart Chain, which is in BEP20 format and its value is 1:1 pegged to MASS.
